Production Manager/Supervisor/Quality Manager/Quality Junior – *(5 Openings)*  

 *(B.E/Diploma Mechanical)* 

 *Minimum 2 to 5 years’* experience from Bolts manufacturing industry is required

 *Candidates from Forging & Heat Treatment Industry will be preferred* 

 *Location :- (Khopoli -Raigad & Rabale- Vashi –Mumbai Maharashtra 410203)* 

Objectives & Job Summary:

To manage the shift and all direct staff and workers.

To ensure the smooth running of the production process.

To ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications.

Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders.

To ensure that all direct staff and workmen comply with the Company’s Health & Safety procedures and Rules & Regulations

 *Responsibilities and Duties* 

1) Study & execute production planning on daily basis

2) Ensure tooling's are checked and kept ready for next production

3) Job allocation to workmen in advance for next day's production in the prescribed format

4) Evaluation of productivity done as per the job allocation on daily basis

5) Ensure sufficient manpower is available for production & in case of deficiency reporting the same well in advance

6) Ensure periodic maintenance of machines as per maintenance schedule

7) Filling machine breakdown form & reporting the same

8) Supervision towards workmen is strictly working as per their job allocation and as per standard operating procedure.

9) Evaluate the production status during lunch time of workmen and take required steps to meet production targets

10) Ensure conducting Daily Review Meeting and sort out issues to achieve production targets

11) Responsible for day to day production entries in SAP system

12) Accomplish manufacturing staff & worker's results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures

Develop and maintain training programs in conjunction with the Training Coordinator to ensure that all personnel have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and productively

Communicate clear expectations to production personnel, keep them informed of matters pertaining to their job, and develop personal growth opportunities 

13) Monitor and enforce safety policies. Issue Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as well as tools necessary.

14) Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times by educating and directing personnel

15) Ensure equipment and workstation tools are in good working order and available for use when required

16) Ensure all stations are producing product to the company’s quality standards

17) Monitor and enforce work start, break, and stop times of the production floor personnel

18) Monitor and enforce cell phone prohibition of the production floor personnel

19) Monitor tidiness of the workstations and machines as well as the shipping and receiving yard

20) Lead the production floor personnel and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
