Location: SB road, Pune (work from office)


Experience: 8-12 years


Educational Qualification: MBA HR or equivalent 


Budget: Up to 16 LPA (Slightly negotiable for the right candidates)


Joining period: Max 45 days


Broader Responsibilities


- Lead operations n Recruitment team

- Work in a strategic role with the business leaders

- Define and implement all HR strategies like ecruitment, PMS, L&D, Employee engagement etc.

- Prepare and maintain data and dashboards to share HR insights with the business leaders
