Recruitment- End to End solutions .

✅Understand JD & Company in details.

✅Sourcing the candidates using Job Portals, Professional Network and references.

✅Campus recruitment – all coordination.

✅Preliminary scrutiny through Telephonic Interview and in person if it is required.

✅Prepare assessments sheet for the candidates.

✅JD and Company details sharing to the candidates.

✅Sharing the candidates profiles to the client with targeted timeline.

✅Interview coordination with short listing candidates – Scheduling, follow up and feedback.

✅Post selection follow up – Pre- employment medical, resignation and joining.
