Position - Boiler Attendant 

Qualifications- Boiler Degree

Location- Nagar Road Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• To maintain Boiler log sheet and record all hourly basis logs.

• Insure Boiler all safety’s in place as per IBR Approval. If anything found abnormal same should be informed to HODs.

• Insure all steam line material should be IBR Approval & maintain the IBR certificate copy for the same. 

• To drain & insure the safe working of Boiler Mobery, Gauge glass in each shift.

• Check proper pressure for Feed pump & Feed water NRV functioning.

• Maintain the Boiler Feed water tank level. Maintain the Boiler water parameters within limits.

• To do chemicals dosing as per Boiler water consumption as declared by OEM.

• To run The Boiler water Treatment plant & maintain all require parameters.

• To maintain the record of Boiler Fuel consumption record & monitor boiler fuel feeding to achieve best Steam to Fuel Ratio.

• To adjust the ID & FD fan damper to control the uniform burning of fuel.

• To do the weekly, Fortnightly, monthly & annual maintenance. 

• To do the maintenance & upkeep the Pressure reducing Valve, Steam Traps, Condensate pump & line Safety Valves. 

• To maintain the Boiler water TDS below 3500ppm and Drum water Ph value between 10 - 12.

• To insure all ash was removed from Boiler, MDC at the end of every shift, and shifted to designated area.
