 An MNC factory at Sanaswadi, Pune-Nagar Road,  looking for an Asst Manager IR/Statutory Compliance.


Education – MBA / MPM with good knowledge on Statutory compliance documentations, Returns,  IR  policies,  SOP’s , maintain Industrial Relations, CLRA,   Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF, PT,  Apprenticeship registration, Implementation of effective safety programs, Disciplinary actions, 

Domestic enquires and disciplinary actions, etc.


Relevant experience : 5-8 yrs.


Approx salary :  7-8 Lakh.
