Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Performing market research and analyze business growth data

2) Initiating user experience surveys and understanding the voice of customers & partners

3) Assisting the Category Managers in devising market penetration and expansion strategy

4) Generate reports and statistical analysis for potential business opportunities

5) Coordinating with cross functional verticals (Demand, Supply, Branding and Marketing)

for strategic decision making and helping them with qualitative as well as quantitative

inputs

6) Carrying out periodic competitor analysis with respect to pricing and experience

7) To drive pilot projects and new Initiatives.

8) Analyze and devise plans for the betterment of Porter Vehicle’s service levels.
